The 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Islamic Life Insurance PLC was held on 27 September 2025 at the company’s Head Office in Dhaka.
The meeting was presided over by the company’s Chairman, Kibria Golam Mohamad. Shareholders attended the meeting both in person and virtually, according to a press release.
During the meeting, the Annual Report for the year 2024 was presented and approved. One-third of the existing directors retired and were re-elected, and Auditors were appointed for the year 2025.
The Chief Executive Officer, Md. Shah Jamal Hawlader, presented the company’s future plans.
The shareholders expressed their satisfaction with the company’s business operations and overall achievements and conveyed their appreciation to the marketing and management teams.
The meeting concluded with prayers for the continued success of the company, the release adds.
