Bank Asia PLC has entered into a strategic partnership with Momen Real Estates Limited to offer exclusive privileges for its home loan customers, according to a press release.

Through this collaboration, Bank Asia will provide home financing facilities to clients of Momen Real Estates Limited on a priority basis, featuring the most competitive interest rates in the market.

The official signing ceremony was held on 09 October 2025 at the Bank Asia Corporate Office, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka. Mr. Syed Zulkar Nayen, Deputy Managing Director & Head of Retail Banking of Bank Asia, and Mr. Ahmed Riad Momen, Managing Director of Momen Real Estates Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. Senior officials from both institutions were also present at the event.
