Prime Bank Names Mohammad Jashim Uddin as New CFO

Veteran banker with 25 years of experience takes charge of financial administration division.

Prime Bank PLC has appointed Mohammad Jashim Uddin as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of the Financial Administration Division (FAD), effective immediately, the bank said in a media release.

Jashim, a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), has been with Prime Bank since 2005, holding several key leadership roles, including Head of Internal Control and Compliance Division (ICCD), Head of Risk Management Division, and Head of Facility Management Division.

With nearly 25 years of diversified experience across Trust Bank, PKSF, and Prime Bank, Jashim is recognized for his deep financial expertise and strategic leadership.

The bank extended its congratulations, expressing confidence that he will continue to drive financial excellence and operational efficiency in his new role.
