The World Economic Forum (WEF) and Salesforce have introduced an agentic AI assistant to support more than 3,000 global leaders attending the 2026 Annual Meeting in Davos, marking a major step in how technology is used at the high-level gathering.
Salesforce announced on Monday that the forum has activated its institutional knowledge through Agentforce 360, powering a new AI-driven concierge application named EVA. The tool is designed to go beyond traditional chatbots by reasoning, prioritising and acting on behalf of participants throughout the meeting.
Scheduled for January 19–23 in Davos, Switzerland, this year’s forum will be the largest in WEF’s history, featuring more than 450 high-impact sessions alongside thousands of bilateral and informal interactions.
Organisers said the scale and intensity of the event often make it difficult for leaders to absorb insights and translate them into timely action. EVA is intended to close that gap by drawing on more than a decade of the forum’s institutional data and delivering personalised, actionable intelligence in real time.
Built on Salesforce’s Agentforce 360 platform, EVA serves as a unified interface to help attendees navigate venues, manage schedules, identify relevant sessions, arrange meetings and streamline networking. It can also generate briefing documents within seconds, sharply reducing the preparation time traditionally required for Davos.
“As we power the largest Davos ever, we’re excited for every attendee to experience what it means to have an AI agent working alongside them — and how this technology elevates what people and organisations can achieve,” said Salesforce Chair and CEO Marc Benioff.
He described EVA as an agentic concierge grounded in trusted data, designed to help leaders move faster, prepare better and take decisive action.
WEF President and CEO Børge Brende said AI agents are being deployed both to support staff in event preparation and to enhance the experience for participants.
“We aren’t just optimising agendas,” he said. “We are unlocking the full depth of the forum’s institutional knowledge and putting it directly into the hands of every single attendee.”
With EVA, Davos 2026 is set to showcase how agentic AI can reshape decision-making and collaboration at the highest level of global leadership.
