BRAC Bank has inducted 53 new professionals into its flagship Young Leaders’ Programme (YLP) 2025, a year-long initiative designed to groom future leaders of the banking sector.
The program offers structured learning and cross-functional exposure, preparing participants to take on transformative roles within the bank. On successful completion, the young professionals will be placed in positions aligned with their skills and interests.
Candidates were selected through a rigorous multi-stage process, including psychometric tests, personality profiling, and competency-based interviews conducted by external experts and senior management.
The induction ceremony for the new batch was held on August 7 at the bank’s head office, where senior leadership welcomed the recruits.
Managing Director and CEO (Current Charge) Tareq Refat Ullah Khan congratulated the new hires, noting that fresh perspectives are vital for innovation and growth in financial services. He said the bank is committed to investing in young talent to build a dynamic and forward-looking organization.
