AB Bank PLC has opened a new collection booth at the National Institute of Diseases of the Chest & Hospital (NIDCH) in Dhaka, offering comprehensive and modern banking services to the institution and its staff.
Operated under the bank’s Mohakhali branch, the booth will handle all collection activities for NIDCH while also providing payroll services to doctors, nurses, and other hospital employees, the bank said in a statement.
The booth was jointly inaugurated by Syed Mizanur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO of AB Bank, and Prof. Dr. Md. Delwar Hossain, Acting Director of NIDCH.
Among others, Dr. Golam Sarwar, Assistant Professor at NIDCH; Dr. Mohammad Abdullah Al Mehedi, Medical Supervisor; Tania Sattar, Head of Brand Communication at AB Bank; and Chowdhury A.N.M. Mosharaf Ali Beg, Manager of the Mohakhali Branch, attended the event.
AB Bank said the initiative reflects its commitment to expanding access to modern banking facilities and supporting the financial management of healthcare institutions across the country.
