Dhaka, October 12, 2025: ABM Abdus Sattar, former government secretary and current Chairman of the Executive Committee and Director of the Board at Rupali Bank, has been appointed as the Chief National Commissioner of Bangladesh Scouts.
To mark the occasion, Rupali Bank’s Board Chairman, Md. Nazrul Huda, welcomed him at a board meeting held at the bank’s Dilkusha head office, presenting him with flowers as a token of congratulations.
The event was attended by Directors of the Board Swaheb Ahmed, Abu Yusuf Mia, ABM Shawkat Iqbal Shahin, AHM Moin Uddin, Managing Director Kazi Md. Wahidul Islam, and Bangladesh Bank observer SM Abdul Hakim.
The bank expressed its warm wishes to ABM Abdus Sattar, highlighting his long-standing commitment to public service and leadership in promoting youth development through the Scouts movement.
