ADN Group has teamed up with two South Korean companies to launch advanced infrastructure and mobility projects in Bangladesh, including electric three-wheeler assembly, AI-powered traffic systems, and solar streetlights.

The group’s subsidiaries—ADN Telecom Limited and ADN Technologies Limited—signed separate MoUs with CND Motors Co. Ltd. and PBS Co. Ltd. at ADN’s headquarters in Dhaka.

As part of the deal, ADN will begin groundwork to establish assembly facilities at the Hi-Tech Park and handle regulatory compliance and market development, while the Korean partners will provide technology, equipment, and technical expertise.

“By combining international expertise with local capabilities, we are paving the way for smarter cities, cleaner energy, and modernised mobility,” said Asif Mahmood, Chairman of ADN Group.

The ceremony was attended by senior officials from ADN and CND Motors.
