IFIC Bank PLC has promoted 74 officials across various positions in recognition of their professional excellence, commitment, and contribution to the bank’s growth, according to a press release issued on Sunday.

With the latest round of promotions in November, the total number of employees elevated to higher positions this year has reached 987, marking a key milestone in the bank’s continuous pursuit of professional excellence and institutional development.

To celebrate the achievement, a special event titled “Celebrating Career Progression” was held on November 2, 2025, at IFIC Tower in the capital. The hybrid ceremony was attended by Managing Director Syed Mansur Mustafa and members of the senior management team.

During the event, 25 employees received their promotion letters in person, while another 49 officials working in branches and sub-branches across the country joined virtually to receive their letters.

IFIC Bank said the initiative reflects its commitment to fostering a culture of recognition, motivation, and growth among its workforce, aligning with the institution’s broader goals of continuous improvement and performance excellence.
