The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pragati Life Insurance PLC was held on September 14, 2025, on a Digital Platform.
The Chairman of the Company Khalilur Rahman presided over the meeting, according to a media release.
The Shareholders unanimously approved 15% Cash Dividend for the year 2024.
Ex-Chairman Abdul Awal Mintoo (by invitation), Directors Syed M. Altaf Hussain, Md. Shafiur Rahman, Tafsir M. Awal, Mohammed Abdul Hamid, Tajwar M. Awal, Suhel Ahmed Choudhury, Dr. Sayed Quamrul Hossain, Anwar Faruque, CEO Md. Jalalul Azim, CFO Chandra Shekhar Das, FCA, External Auditor Anil Salam Idris & Co. Chartered Accounts, Actuary Dr. Mohammad Sohrab Uddin were present in the AGM.
A large number of shareholders also participated in the meeting.
The Company Secretary Jagadish Kumar Bhanja, FCS, conducted the meeting.
