Prime Bank PLC has launched Zero by Prime Bank, a new credit card that eliminates all fees, positioning it as a first-of-its-kind product in Bangladesh’s credit card industry.
The Visa Signature card offers premium benefits with complete fee transparency—featuring no issuing fee, no annual fee, no renewal fee, no EMI processing fee, no MFS transfer fee, and no hidden charges. It also includes a blind notch to enhance accessibility for visually impaired customers.
The card was officially unveiled at an event held at Prime Tower by Nazeem A. Choudhury, Deputy Managing Director – Consumer Banking of Prime Bank, and Sabbir Ahmed, Country Manager of Visa, along with senior officials from both organisations.
Officials said the product is designed to transform the customer experience by combining international acceptance, customer-first benefits, and inclusivity. Applications for the card can be made online at www.zerobyprime.com or at any Prime Bank branch.
