Rupali Bank PLC has organized a preparatory meeting ahead of observing “Customer Service Week” as part of the upcoming Festival of Youth 2025 celebration.
The meeting was held on Thursday (October 16, 2025) at the bank’s head office in Dilkusha, Dhaka, with Managing Director and CEO Kazi Md. Wahidul Islam in the chair.
Deputy Managing Directors Parsuma Alam, Hasan Tanvir, and Md. Harunur Rashid were also present at the event.
Among others, General Managers Md. Iqbal Hossain Khan, Mohammad Shahedur Rahman, Md. Ismail Hossain Sheikh, Mohammad Shahjahan Chowdhury, Mohammad Safayet Hossain, Md. Moin Uddin Masud, and Salamun Nesa attended the meeting. Chief Information Technology Officer Md. Ohidul Islam Sarkar and other senior officials of the bank were also in attendance.
The meeting emphasized the bank’s commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction through better service delivery, aligning with the spirit of Tarunyer Utsab 2025 (Festival of Youth 2025).
