Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC held its 72nd meeting of the Risk Management Committee (RMC) on 15 October 2025 at the bank’s Corporate Head Office, according to a media release.
The meeting was presided over by Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee.
Committee members Mohiuddin Ahmed, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, and Mohammed Younus, all directors of the bank, attended the meeting, while Md. Sanaullah Shahid, another director, joined as a special invitee.
Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and Company Secretary Md. Abul Bashar were also present.
The meeting reviewed the bank’s current risk management framework, discussed strategies to enhance operational resilience, and emphasized the importance of prudent risk governance in maintaining sustainable growth.
