Sonali Bank PLC has signed a contract with the NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB) under the Chief Adviser’s Office to collect charges and fees from NGOs via the Sonali Payment Gateway.
The signing ceremony took place Monday at the NGOAB conference room. Sonali Bank MD & CEO Md. Shawkat Ali Khan and NGOAB Director General (Additional Secretary) Md. Daud Miah exchanged the documents on behalf of their respective organisations.
Deputy Managing Director of Sonali Bank Md. Rafiqul Islam, General Manager Aklima Islam, Bangladesh Data Center Company Limited MD (Joint Secretary) Md. Tawfiq Al Mahmud, NGOAB Director (Joint Secretary) Md. Anwar Hossain, as well as representatives from UNDP and the Australian High Commission were present.
