Southeast Bank PLC held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday through a digital platform, the bank said in a press release.
Chairman M. A. Kashem presided over the meeting, while Vice Chairperson Rehana Rahman, other directors, independent directors, and nominees joined online. Managing Director (current charge) Abidur Rahman Chowdhury and Company Secretary Mamunur Rashid, FCS, also participated alongside sponsors and a large number of shareholders.
Kashem thanked shareholders for their support and pledged to implement their suggestions to strengthen the bank’s operational performance and brand image.
