The 6th meeting of the Board of Directors of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC was held on June 10, 2026, at the Head Office of Social Islami Bank PLC.
The meeting was chaired by Mr Quazi Shairul Hassan, Chairman of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC, according to a media release.
Members of the Board of Directors of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC, Director of the Bank Resolution Department of Bangladesh Bank, were present at the meeting.
Additionally, at the invitation of the Board, the Administrators of five banks which currently undergoing the merger process with Sammilito Islami Bank PLC were also present at the meeting.
