Rupali Bank PLC, a state-owned commercial bank, has announced new recruitment for 75 Senior Officer (General) positions under the supervision of the Bankers Selection Committee (BSC).

According to the Integrated Bank Recruitment Circular 2025, interested candidates can apply online until November 10, 2025.

Eligibility requirements

Applicants must hold either a postgraduate degree in any discipline or a four-year bachelor’s (honours) degree from a recognized university.
At least two first divisions/classes are required in academic records from the SSC or equivalent level and above, and no third division/class will be accepted at any stage.

Age limit and application fee

Candidates must be between 21 and 32 years of age as of July 1, 2025.
The non-refundable application fee is Tk 200, while candidates from underprivileged groups may apply with a reduced fee of Tk 50.
