NRBC Bank PLC. has successfully completed a 10-day Foundation Training Course for its officials. The closing ceremony was held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the Bank’s Training Institute. Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, Managing Director and CEO of NRBC Bank, attended the event as the chief guest and distributed certificates among the participants. A total of 36 officials from different divisions, branches, and sub-branches of the bank took part in the training.
Addressing the ceremony, Dr. Khan said NRBC Bank places the highest priority on human resource development, as skilled and dedicated employees are the key strength of the institution. He urged the participants to maintain a continuous learning mindset and to contribute to the bank’s sustainable growth through sincerity and innovation.
He also advised the officers to uphold honesty, integrity, and professionalism in their careers to strengthen customers’ and society’s trust in the bank.
Among others, Mr. Harunur Rashid, DMD & CFO, Mohammad Abdul Qaium Khan, DMD and COO, and Mr. Hafiz Imroz Mahmud, Head of Human Resources Division were present.
