National Bank PLC convened its “Managers Meet” in Khulna on October 16, 2025, uniting 23 branch managers from the region to evaluate performance, share insights, and chart the course for the Bank’s continued growth and innovation.

The session was graced by Adil Chowdhury, Managing Director, as Chief Guest, and attended by Md. Meshkat-Ul-Anwar Khan, Deputy Managing Director (In-Charge), alongside senior executives, Khulna regional manager and branch managers.

Throughout the program, discussions centered on strengthening the Bank’s key operational areas—deposit mobilization, loan recovery, expansion of import business, and enhanced sales and marketing efforts—to reinforce sustainable and quality growth.

In his keynote address, Adil Chowdhury emphasized the importance of leadership, integrity, and strategic thinking in achieving long-term success. He urged branch managers to uphold four guiding principles: nurture an open and growth-oriented mindset, maintain honesty and transparency, stay positive amid challenges, and make every decision with a sense of ownership for the Bank’s future.

“Time remains our greatest challenge. But with honesty, professionalism, and a commitment to quality business, we can position National Bank among the top five banks in Bangladesh,” Adil Chowdhury affirmed.

The meeting concluded with a collective pledge from all participants to strengthen customer confidence, accelerate business performance, and enhance the Bank’s competitive edge across the country.
