Written by The Banking Post

BRAC Bank’s corporate digital platform, CORPnet, recorded a strong surge in activity in 2025, reflecting accelerating digital adoption among businesses.

The platform processed over Tk 2,273 billion through 8 million transactions during the year, marking a 43 per cent growth in transaction volume and a 38 per cent rise in transaction count year-on-year.

The growth highlights a clear shift by corporate clients towards digital banking solutions for day-to-day financial operations.

CORPnet’s user base also expanded significantly, with nearly 2,500 businesses now onboarded, including more than 900 new clients added in 2025 alone. Around 65 per cent of registered users remain actively engaged, regularly using the platform for routine transactions.

The system allows businesses to manage payments, collections, reporting, and service requests online with 24/7 access. Its integration with enterprise systems through APIs and host-to-host connectivity enables seamless linkage with ERP platforms, improving operational efficiency.

Companies are also benefiting from real-time visibility of cash positions, helping optimise fund management and enhance financial control.

To strengthen security and governance, the platform incorporates multi-level authorisation, end-to-end encryption, multi-factor authentication, and instant transaction alerts. It also supports payroll automation, bulk payments, government bill settlements, and digital instruments such as A4 cheques and pay orders.

Digital channels dominated usage, with 85 per cent of total transactions by count completed online in 2025.

CORPnet currently serves a diverse range of industries, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, healthcare, education, NGOs, embassies, airlines, and multinational corporations—supporting high-volume payments and large-scale financial operations.
