Exim Bank recently organised a workshop on “Legal and Non-legal Measures for Recovery of Sticky, Stuck-up and Suit-filed Investment” at its Training and Research Academy.

Managing Director (Current Charge) Abdul Aziz Zumma inaugurated the event as chief guest, while EVP and Principal of the academy Kanu Lal Karmaker presided over the session. Investment in-charges from various branches took part in the day-long programme.

The workshop featured discussions by Professor Mohiuddin Siddique of BIBM, Barrister Md. Mahfuzur Rahman Milon, Supreme Court Advocate Sajal Chandra Deb, and senior bank executives, highlighting strategies for effective recovery of non-performing investments.
