Modhumoti Bank PLC has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Quazi Abedin Tex Ltd to provide payroll banking and a range of digital financial services for the company’s employees.

The signing ceremony was held at the bank’s head office in Gulshan on Tuesday. Arab Fazlur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of Modhumoti Bank, and Quazi Nazmul Abedin, Managing Director of Quazi Abedin Tex, signed the agreement on behalf of their organizations. Additional Managing Director Shahnawaj Chowdhury and other senior officials from both sides were present.

Under the deal, employees of Quazi Abedin Tex will be able to withdraw salaries, access credit card services, and avail personal loans through Modhumoti Payroll Banking. The company will also benefit from services such as the Modhumoti Go-Smart app, corporate internet banking, A-Chalan, and utility bill payment facilities.
