Modhumoti Bank PLC has announced fresh recruitment under its 2025 job circular, inviting qualified candidates to apply for several senior positions.
The circular, published on August 28, 2025, offers opportunities in three categories: Head of Agent Banking Sales (PO–AVP), Sub-Branch In-Charge (EO–PO), and Branch Manager (SEO–FAVP). While the number of vacancies has not been specified, the roles are targeted at candidates with proven banking expertise.
Applicants for the Head of Agent Banking Sales must hold at least a graduation degree, while Sub-Branch In-Charge positions require 3–6 years of relevant banking experience. However, candidates with exceptional academic or professional qualifications may be considered with less experience. For Branch Manager roles, a graduation degree is also mandatory.
