NRBC Bank PLC has launched a 40-day foundation training programme for its Management Trainee Officers (MTOs).
The training programme was inaugurated on Sunday at the Human Resources Training & Development Centre (HRTDC) of the bank.
A total of 40 MTOs are participating in the programme. A total of 40 MTOs are participating in this comprehensive training programme designed to shape the next generation of banking leaders.
NRBC Bank Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Dr Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, FCMA, attended the inaugural programme as the chief guest, while Ms Fahmida Chowdhury, Head of HRTDC, presided over the programme.
Deputy Managing Director and Chief Business Officer (CBO) Md Shaheen Howlader and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Mr Faisal Ahmed were also present at the event.
In his speech, Dr Touhidul Alam Khan said professionalism, integrity and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are essential for bankers in a changing financial environment. He advised the trainees to prioritise customers’ needs, continuously enhance their knowledge and apply what they learn through training in their day-to-day work.
