NRBC Bank Wraps Up Ten-Day Foundation Training

42 officials trained in banking operations, compliance, and digital systems

NRBC Bank has concluded its ten-day Foundation Training Program aimed at building skilled human resources and strengthening service excellence.

The closing ceremony was held on Thursday (September 4) at the bank’s Training Institute, where Managing Director & CEO Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan attended as Chief Guest and distributed certificates among the participants.

Deputy Managing Director & CFO Harunur Rashid, Head of Human Resources Hafiz Imroz Mahmud, and Training Institute Coordinator Md. Abdullah-Al-Wadud were also present.

In his remarks, Dr. Khan stressed that “there is no alternative to training for developing skilled manpower,” highlighting the role of structured programs in ensuring compliance, operational stability, and customer satisfaction.

A total of 42 officials from various branches, sub-branches, and head office divisions took part in the program. On the final day, the top three participants received special recognition.

The training covered core areas such as general banking, compliance, customer service, credit management, anti-money laundering, risk management, and digital banking systems.
