As part of its ongoing program to expand ATM and POS networks across the country, state-owned Rupali Bank PLC has inaugurated a new ATM booth at the Officers’ Club located on Bailey Road in the capital. The ATM booth was inaugurated on Friday (19.06.2026) by Dr. Nasimul Ghani, Cabinet Secretary and Chairman of the Officers’ Club, and ABM Abdus Sattar, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister and Secretary of the Officers’ Club.

Special guests present at the inauguration ceremony included M A Khaleque, Secretary of the Secondary and Higher Education Division under the Ministry of Education and Treasurer of the Officers’ Club; M A Rajek, Vice President of the Officers’ Club; Monjur Morshed Chowdhury, Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs; Munshi Alauddin Al Azad, Secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs; members of the Executive Committee of the Officers’ Club; and Kazi Md. Wahidul Islam, Managing Director of the bank.

Also present on the occasion were Md. Harunur Rashid, DMD of Rupali Bank; Tanvir Hasnain Moin, General Manager of the Dhaka South Divisional Office; and Md. Ahidul Islam Sarkar, Chief Information Technology Officer, along with other senior officials.
