Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. has launched a month-long anniversary fair alongside a special service initiative to mark its 38th founding anniversary.
The Anniversary Fair 2026, running from April 1 to April 30, is being held at the company’s corporate office in Dhaka, Tejgaon sales office, Jolshiri project site and its Chattogram office. The fair will remain open daily from 10am to 6pm, including Fridays.
The inauguration ceremony took place on Wednesday at Sheltech Tower in West Panthapath, attended by senior company officials and management staff, according to a media release.
As part of the fair, customers will enjoy special benefits including discounts of up to Tk 25 lakh on property bookings. Buyers will also receive complimentary kitchen cabinets and interior design services.
Alongside the fair, the company has introduced Sheltech Service Month 2026, a new initiative aimed at strengthening after-sales services.
Under the programme, Sheltech will provide maintenance support, repair services and technical inspections to owners of apartments and commercial spaces in projects handed over between 1988 and 2026.
The company plans to continue the Service Month programme annually as part of its customer care initiatives, the release said.
