Bank Asia PLC has entered into a partnership with Orogenic Resources (BD) Limited to strengthen its physical document archiving and management system.
The agreement was signed on 24 September 2025 at Bank Asia Tower in Karwan Bazar, Dhaka. Senior officials from both organizations attended the event, including Bank Asia Additional Managing Director ANM Mahfuz, Deputy Managing Director Syed Zulkar Nayen, and Orogenic Resources Director Md Abdul Haq. On behalf of their institutions, Bank Asia’s Deputy Managing Director Mirza Azhar Ahmad and Orogenic Resources Managing Director A.H.A. Al Rahman signed the deal.
Under the arrangement, Orogenic Resources will manage and securely store Bank Asia’s essential documents—such as account opening forms, card forms, and credit files—at its specialized warehouse facilities. The structured archiving system aims to enhance efficiency, safety, and long-term record management.
